16.00pm – 14.00pm the following day.
Clients are collected at 4.00pm; take an hour game drive (25km) into the Zambezi National Park in an open vehicle to arriving at our riverside camp. (See accommodation) before sunset for dinner and drinks.
The following day starts with breakfast and the guide will then give a thorough briefing, which will cover; conditions of the river, rapids, canoeing instruction, safety and general information. You will be asked to sign an indemnity form.
The day is spent canoeing downstream, running small grade one and two rapids, exploring channels, bird and game viewing. The Kandahar Rapids are run on this day. A light picnic lunch is served on the mainland or an island.
Cold minerals and beers are served at the take out point at the end of the day and clients are back in Victoria Falls by about 2.00pm
